Sarah Barnes Sarah specializes in corporate and securities law. She represents private and public companies and investors in a variety of transactions, including venture capital financings, private placements, public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, company formations, and other general corporate matters. Prior to joining Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner, Sarah worked as an associate in the Colorado office of Cooley Godward LLP. Sarah received a J.D. from the University of Michigan in 2003, where she was the Executive Note Editor of the Michigan Journal of Law Reform. She received her B.A. in English, summa cum laude, in 2000 from Midland Lutheran College. |
