Brad's practice focuses on the representation of companies in a wide variety of complex commercial transactions and related matters. Brad specializes in the structuring, drafting, and negotiating of diverse commercial contracts related to software, product sales and distribution, manufacturing, technology development and transfers, OEM, VAR and distributor relationships, consulting services, sourcing, co-branding, e-commerce, partnering (e.g. consortiums, joint-ventures, strategic alliances and teaming arrangements) and real estate leases. Brad's transactional experience includes both domestic and international transactions where single deals have exceeded $900 million. Brad provides continuous advice to his clients on a wide range of issues, including licensing, procurement, dispute resolution, products liability, marketing, risk management and human resources matters. Brad has developed and implemented various policies and procedures related to commercial contracting to allow his clients to reduce their risk profile while operating in a more efficient and effective manner. Brad also provides compliance training and leads compliance investigations.

Prior to joining Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner, Brad spent more than six years as in-house legal counsel for General Electric Company (GE) and Siemens Corporation. While at GE, Brad served as general counsel for a $1 billion division of GE Energy. Prior to his in-house roles, Brad was an associate with Troutman Sanders in Atlanta, Georgia.

Brad graduated, with honors, from Duke Law School where he was a senior editor of the Alaska Law Review. Brad received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Business Management, with distinction, from Cornell University.
